Amphibious Transition
For existing seaplane pilots transitioning to an amphibious aircraft.
Course Length: 1-2 days with up to 5 hours of flight time flight time.
Dates: The seaplane training starts on Monday of each week, April through November.
Location: We are based in Lexington, Kentucky but conduct the training primarily at Rising Sun Indiana on the Ohio River, or Lake Cumberland, Kentucky. However, we can conduct training at other lakes or rivers.

Can we fly more than 5 hours?
Yes. Each additional hour is billed at our current training rate: $375/hour.
Will we land runways and water?
Yes. The training will include a mixture of runway landings and water landings.
